The drier the air, the better the energy efficiency

In sensitive manufacturing areas such as in the pharmaceutical, electronic and automotive industries, the growth of any microorganisms needs to be stopped at all costs. And it’s no different when generating compressed air. Our new DAV-2 series of external heated regeneration adsorption dryers are ideal – they are able to produce compressed air at high volumetric flow rates free from any contamination or humidity, and with a reliable pressure dew point of –40°C (or optional: –70°C).

Energy consumption is reduced by around 4% thanks to the thermal insulation. Our DAV-2 dryers, which have been available since April, are more energy-efficient, safer and more readily accessible for servicing and maintenance than their predecessors. In addition, they have high-quality PLC control, come with a range of different interfaces and offer IoT connectivity.
