BOGE Brings Improved Energy Efficiency to Asia

Combining functionality, reliability and innovative design, BOGE’s SE Series is unlocking new potential for improved performance for customers in Asia. Tested to perfection by engineers at the BOGE R&D centre in Germany, the air compressors were developed to effectively address the Asian market’s specific requirements, while offering a new level of energy efficiency.

Launched in Asia in 2018, the SE series is already being used in a number of applications across the region, in the steel, ceramic, plastic, packaging and textile industries. Since the sale of the first unit in Vietnam, the screw compressors have made their way to plants and facilities in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. Stocks of the SE series are available in Singapore and Thailand, and can easily be delivered to Thai customers through BOGE’s local agent, ANA Engineering Co Ltd.

Among the screw compressor’s key features are a high-efficiency airend, a low-speed, energy-saving fan, and a three-stage oil separation system that minimises both residual oil content and internal pressure losses. The SE series distinguishes itself as a super-silent, maintenance-free and greener option for the fast-developing industries in the Asian region – even reaching the highest level of energy efficiency in China. Available in 8 or 10 bar, with motor power ranging from 15 to 75kW, operating the SE screw compressor unit is easy with its monitoring and control features that include pre-fault diagnosis, multi-pressure and temperature detection, and a wireless GPRS remote control. Users can opt for a Chinese or English display and take control of up to eight interconnected compressors at once.
